Website accessibility audits for South Florida businesses
South Florida business owners hear plenty of noise about ADA website compliance. We keep it practical: we audit your site against WCAG, the standard for web accessibility, fix the barriers we find and leave legal advice to attorneys.

ADA is a legal question. WCAG is the working standard.
This page is general information, not legal advice. How the ADA applies to your business depends on the facts, and that call belongs to an attorney. We do not claim, certify or promise legal ADA compliance.
Our job is the website itself. We check key pages and visitor paths against WCAG. Then we show you where a keyboard, screen reader, zoom setting or mobile phone runs into trouble.
What a website accessibility audit checks
A real audit goes beyond a quick score. We check the pages people use to learn, call, book, buy and get help.
You get a report in plain English. We rank the findings by impact, so the fixes that block the most important tasks come first. No vague score. No mystery jargon.
- Keyboard use for menus, buttons, forms, cart and checkout.
- Screen reader names, labels, headings and text alternatives for images.
- Color contrast and text that stays readable when zoomed.
- Form instructions, field labels, error messages and required fields.
- Captions and controls when your pages have audio or video.
- Focus order and mobile layouts, checked on a throttled mobile connection.
Overlay widgets do not fix the page
A widget that sits on top of your site may add controls for contrast or text size. Those controls can be useful. They do not repair the page underneath.
If a form label is missing, a button has unclear text or the focus jumps around, the root problem is still there. The widget can also clash with the tools already on a visitor's device. The real fix is in the content, theme and code. That is where we work.
How the work goes
We keep live sites safe by doing repair work away from public view. Your visitors should not be our test group.
We work on WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and custom sites built by anyone. If the current setup is messy, we say so. Then we map the cleanest route to the fix.
- Pick the pages and tasks to review first.
- Audit home, service, contact, booking, cart and checkout pages as needed.
- Deliver a plain English report ranked by impact.
- Make the approved fixes on a copy of the site.
- Recheck the repairs, then move the approved work to the live site.
Accessibility helps more people than you expect
These checks matter most for people with disabilities. They also help someone reading in harsh sun, using one hand, dealing with tired eyes or trying to tap a small button on slow service.
Clear headings help people who scan. Power users feel the difference when menus work from a keyboard. Readable contrast and error messages that say what went wrong mean more visitors finish what they came to do. Better access is basic quality.
Straight answers, real repairs, clear limits
Printing a compliance claim is easy. Fixing a broken menu or form takes real work. We focus on the second one.
You get a clear record of what we checked, what we repaired and what still needs work. If your attorney wants the technical details, we will explain our findings. Legal conclusions are theirs to make.
Questions
Do you give ADA legal advice?
No. This work is technical, not legal. We audit against WCAG and repair accessibility barriers. An attorney can tell you what the law requires of your business.
Can you certify that my site is ADA compliant?
No. We do not certify legal ADA compliance or issue legal opinions. We document what we checked, what we fixed and what remains. Your attorney can review that record in context.
What is WCAG?
WCAG stands for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. It is the widely used standard behind everyday checks like contrast, keyboard access, labels, focus order, zoom and captions.
Can you work on my current website?
In most cases, yes. We work on WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and custom sites built by anyone. We review how the site is built first, then make approved changes on a copy before they go live.
Will an overlay widget solve accessibility issues?
A widget may add controls for your visitors, but it does not repair the page underneath. Missing labels, weak contrast, broken focus order and inaccessible forms need direct fixes in the site's content, theme and code.
