The free audit covers speed. The paid audit covers the other ways a website loses money. We go through what your visitors hit, page by page, and check the things owners are rarely told about.

We work on WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce and custom sites built by anyone. It does not matter who built your site or when. If it is online, we can audit it.

A Score Is Not an Audit

You have seen the free scan sites. Paste in your address, wait a few seconds, and you get a letter grade plus a wall of warnings. That is a score. It tells you something is wrong somewhere. It does not tell you which page or why. A real audit does, and then it shows you the fix.

Google also grades on real visits, not one test. It scores mobile and desktop separately over a rolling 28-day window. A rebuilt page can drag its old numbers for a while, and a brand new page needs enough visits before any numbers appear at all. So if a public score moves slowly after a fix, that is normal.

We hold our own work to the same standard. The J.M. Field website ran on an old WordPress build where the main content showed at 10.8 seconds on a throttled mobile connection. After our rebuild it shows at 1.2 seconds on the same connection. Lab test, October 9, 2026.

A Report an Owner Can Read

Every finding comes in plain English. We name the page, we name the problem, and we give you the fix. Then we rank the whole list by what costs you the most, so the top of the report is where your money is leaking, not whatever a scanner shouted loudest about.

If a form is quietly eating leads, we say that. If a missing page title is hurting a page in search, we say that. You will not need a translator, and you will not need us on retainer to understand your own website.

Fixes Happen on a Copy, Not Your Live Site

Either way, the findings are yours. If you hire us for the fixes, we do the work on a copy of your site first. You review it, you approve it, and only then does it go live. Your real site stays untouched until you have seen the new one working.

Sometimes the audit points at your hosting. If it does, we can move you to our own managed servers and set up uptime monitoring with alerts. An outage should set off a message to you, not a surprise call from a customer. Accessibility problems come up too. We audit against WCAG and fix what we find. What we will not do is claim, certify or promise legal ADA compliance. That is a legal question, and we do not give legal advice.
